Thermoplastic valve manufacturers
Thermoplastic valves are used in applications where corrosion resistance, chemical compatibility, and non-metallic construction are required. They are typically made from materials such as PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF or PTFE and are selected for handling acids, alkalis, ultra-pure media and aggressive chemical solutions. These valves are commonly available as ball, butterfly, diaphragm and check valve designs.
Thermoplastic valves are lightweight, non-conductive and resistant to many corrosive agents where metallic valves would require special alloys or linings. Temperature and pressure ratings are lower than for metal valves and mechanical loads, thermal expansion and installation support must be considered. They are used in chemical processing, water treatment, semiconductor manufacturing and general industrial fluid handling systems.
