Solenoid valve manufacturers
Solenoid valves are electrically actuated shut-off valves used for controlling the flow of liquids and gases in automated systems. The valve operation is performed by a magnetic coil, enabling fast and reliable opening and closing without manual intervention. Solenoid valves are available as direct-acting or pilot-operated versions, depending on process pressure and flow requirements.
Typical applications include process automation, dosing, instrumentation systems, and safety interlocks. Body materials are commonly brass, stainless steel, or engineered polymers, with seal materials selected according to chemical compatibility and temperature.
Solenoid valves are generally used for small to medium pipe sizes and clean media. They are not recommended for abrasive, high-viscosity, or heavily contaminated fluids without proper filtration. For larger line sizes or more demanding service conditions, pneumatically actuated ball or globe valves are typically preferred.
