Manifold manufacturers
Manifolds are used to distribute, combine, isolate, or control the flow of fluids in instrument and process piping systems. A single block may contain multiple valve functions, ports, and flow paths, allowing several connections to be made without separate fittings and individual valves. This reduces leak points, simplifies installation, and provides a compact flow control arrangement.
Instrumentation manifolds are commonly supplied as 2-valve, 3-valve, or 5-valve configurations for use with pressure transmitters and differential pressure measurement. They allow isolation, venting, zeroing, and equalizing operations to be performed safely and efficiently. Process distribution manifolds may be designed for liquids, gases, or hydraulic systems, with connection types matched to tubing or piping standards.
Manifolds are used in chemical processing plants, refineries, power generation systems, gas distribution networks, and measurement or sampling skids. Selection considers pressure rating, material compatibility, port layout, valve type, maintenance access, and whether the manifold needs to integrate with instrumentation, actuators, or automated control loops.
