Dosing valve manufacturers
Dosing valves are used to deliver accurately measured quantities of liquid or gas into a process stream. The valve design focuses on repeatable stroke volume, precise opening control, and consistent flow characteristics, even at very low flow rates. Many dosing valves are designed to minimize internal dead volume so that the dispensed quantity is not affected by trapped product or residual hold-up.
They are available in manual, pneumatic, and electric actuation formats, and may be paired with flow meters, pulse control, or batch controllers for automated dosing cycles. Material selection for the body and seals is based on the chemical properties and viscosity of the media, particularly in applications involving concentrated chemicals or high-purity fluids.
Dosing valves are commonly used in chemical injection systems, water treatment dosing skids, pharmaceutical and bioprocess batches, analytical instruments, food ingredient addition, and laboratory-scale processing. Proper selection considers stroke accuracy, repeatability, media compatibility, temperature stability, and the required dosing response speed.
