Coaxial valve manufacturers
Coaxial valves use a linear or rotary actuator that moves an internal sleeve or piston along the same axis as the flow path. The design allows very fast switching, compact dimensions, and low internal volume, resulting in short response times and minimal pressure loss. Because the valve body and actuator are arranged in line with the media flow, coaxial valves often provide higher flow capacity than solenoid valves of comparable size.
They are commonly used for compressed air, inert gases, vacuum, cooling water, hydraulic oil circuits, and general automation tasks where rapid open/close cycles are required. Coaxial valves can be driven pneumatically or electrically, and are available in normally-open, normally-closed, and double-acting versions depending on system requirements.
Coaxial valves are selected where reliability over high cycle counts, compact footprint, and fast response are priorities. Typical application areas include machine automation, dosing and filling units, test benches, packaging systems, and process control panels. Material, seal type, and mounting orientation are selected to match media compatibility and operating pressure conditions.
