Block and bleed valve manufacturers
Block and bleed valves combine two isolation functions and a bleed or vent function into a single compact assembly. The two block valves isolate the process line, while the bleed port allows trapped pressure to be safely released, drained, or directed to a controlled disposal point. This configuration reduces potential leak paths compared to separate valves, improving safety and simplifying installation.
These valves are available in needle, ball, or plug designs and can be supplied with flange, threaded, double-ferrule tube, or manifold-style connections depending on the instrumentation or process piping layout. They may be manually operated or automated if isolation needs to be controlled remotely.
Block and bleed valves are commonly used for pressure transmitters, gauge taps, impulse lines, sample points, shutdown panels, and maintenance isolation in oil and gas production, chemical processing, refinery systems, and power generation. The integrated design supports safer depressurization during service and helps maintain measurement accuracy by preventing pressure cross-communication.
