Balancing valve manufacturers
Balancing valves are used to adjust and stabilize flow distribution in multi-branch piping systems. The valve design allows the installer or operator to fine-tune flow by setting a known pressure drop across the valve, ensuring each circuit receives the intended flow rate. Many balancing valves include measurement ports for differential pressure to verify the actual flow during commissioning and maintenance.
They are commonly applied in heating and cooling circuits, heat exchanger loops, district energy systems and industrial process lines where stable flows are needed for performance and efficiency. Balancing valves are available in manual and automatic forms, the latter maintaining desired flow automatically despite changing system pressure conditions.
