Angle-seat valve manufacturers
Angle-seat valves are compact process valves designed for fast switching and high flow capacity. The angled seat geometry reduces pressure loss, allowing efficient flow of steam, compressed air, water, neutral fluids, gases, and process media.
Angle-seat valves are most commonly pneumatically actuated, but they are also available as manually operated valves and can be equipped with electric actuators when compressed air is not available. With the addition of a positioner or analog control signal, angle-seat valves can also be used for proportional flow regulation in automated systems.
Typical application areas include CIP/SIP units, packaging machines, drying and sterilization systems, filling lines, cooling and heating circuits, and general industrial automation, where high cycle frequency, reliability, and clean operation are required.
